PlaystationMusic: A Convenient Player for Game Music Files
PlaystationMusic is a player for game music files available on iPhone. It allows users to play psf music files in zip, 7z, or rar archives. In addition, it offers the option to play Game Boy Advance (gsf), Super Nintendo (rsn), NES (nsf, nfse), Megadrive (vgm), PC-engine (hes), Gameboy (gbs), Game Gear (vgm), and Master System (vgm) files via in-app purchase. With PlaystationMusic, users can conveniently listen to Playstation music without having to bring their Playstation console everywhere they go.
The app provides an in-app browser for users to download their music archives. It also allows users to capture images to create covers for their music files. Adding archive files to the app is easy through iTunes File Sharing or by downloading the files with Safari, which will automatically open them in PlaystationMusic. The app supports playlist creation and mixing of 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit chiptune music. Users can search for covers using the magnifier button and save covers using the + button.
PlaystationMusic offers high-fidelity sound quality while still preserving the charm of old chiptune music. It supports Airplay and Bluetooth headset for a seamless listening experience. The app also runs in the background, allowing users to continue listening to music while browsing the web or reading emails. Controls are available on the lock screen and multitasking bar for easy access.
Please note that PlaystationMusic does not support psf files alone. Playstation psf and minipsf files must be placed in a rar, 7z, or zip archive. Snes spc files should be in rsn, 7z, or zip archives, while Megadrive vgm or vgz files must be in zip or 7z archives. PC-engine hes files should be in zip or 7z archives with an accompanying m3u file. It's important to note that this app does not support playing actual Playstation games.
